DRISHTI, an insight into the performing arts

Drishti, the only all-color magazine on dance and music for Round-the-Year Infotainment, Edutainment and Entertainment! The latest issue of Drishti (No. 12), the magazine focusing on dance and music, provides delightful fare for readers with different tastes.

Leela Ramanathan, the noted dance historian and writer, delves into the origin and nature of the Manipuri form of dance, in her series on the classical dances of India.

Fans of folk dances can read about Goravara Kunitha, a popular folk-form of Karnataka, in our series on the folk forms of Karnataka, written by Sneha Nandagopal. She also chats with Puttamalle Gowda, a veteran Goravara Kunitha artist.
